Welcome to Los Gatos Counseling Center! I serve as the Clinical Director, individual and couples therapist, life coach and Supervisor. I work with individuals ranging from adolescence through retirement. I love the challenge of helping couples learn better communication and understanding of their partner. My true passion as a therapist and mentor lies in helping athletes transition to varying levels of sports participation and helping older adults and their families through difficult life transitions. I believe everyone deserves to have a voice and to have that voice heard. I am passionate about allowing my clients the opportunity to be heard in a nonjudgmental way. I view unconditional positive regard, validation, and the therapeutic relationship as key components in healing and growth. Oh yeah, and a little humor doesn't hurt either!

My experience includes work with adults, teens, children and couples as well as individuals in various life phases. My areas of focus include grief and loss, anxiety, depressive symptoms, life-transitions, relationship issues, and life challenges resulting from racial and multicultural identity.
