Meet the LGCC Team

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #101506
Clinical Director and Supervisor

Welcome to Los Gatos Counseling Center! I serve as the Clinical Director, individual and couples therapist, life coach and Supervisor. I work with individuals ranging from adolescence through retirement. I love the challenge of helping couples learn better communication and understanding of their partner. My true passion as a therapist and mentor lies in helping athletes transition to varying levels of sports participation and helping older adults and their families through difficult life transitions. I believe everyone deserves to have a voice and to have that voice heard. I am passionate about allowing my clients the opportunity to be heard in a nonjudgmental way. I view unconditional positive regard, validation, and the therapeutic relationship as key components in healing and growth. Oh yeah, and a little humor doesn't hurt either!

Hello and Welcome! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Nutrition Consultant. I specialize in working with children and families navigating child development. I also see couples and individuals; supporting their journey towards self-actualization and satisfying relationships.

I work with adult individuals and couples to help them overcome struggles, grow, and strengthen relationships with self and other. I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to mental health that integrates lifestyle habits, relationships and social connection, and cultivation of meaning and purpose. Let’s work together to identify obstacles that prevent you from having the life you want and develop a plan to support you in making meaningful changes. Therapy with me is a space for you to untangle the complexities of your experiences, learn skills to navigate the waves of life, develop greater self awareness, and ultimately grow as you travel your healing path.

Hello! During my time as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist I’ve gained experience in a number of different environments such as West Valley Community College; conducting community-based therapy in clients' schools and homes; and working with adults, children, teens, and families in private practice. I’ve learned that in order to be effective, therapy has to be a deeply collaborative process. As such, I strive to be proficient in a number of different modalities of therapy such as CBT, EMDR, and existential therapy so that my approach can be appropriately tailored to each family or individual. During my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors on one of the Bay Area’s many trails, parks, or beaches.
