Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #101506
Clinical Director and Supervisor
Welcome to Los Gatos Counseling Center! I serve as the Clinical Director, individual and couples therapist, life coach and Supervisor. I work with individuals ranging from adolescence through retirement. I love the challenge of helping couples learn better communication and understanding of their partner. My true passion as a therapist and mentor lies in helping athletes transition to varying levels of sports participation and helping older adults and their families through difficult life transitions. I believe everyone deserves to have a voice and to have that voice heard. I am passionate about allowing my clients the opportunity to be heard in a nonjudgmental way. I view unconditional positive regard, validation, and the therapeutic relationship as key components in healing and growth. Oh yeah, and a little humor doesn't hurt either!

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Hello! During my time as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist I’ve gained experience in a number of different areas such as West Valley Community College, conducting community-based therapy in clients' schools and homes; and working with adults, children, teens, and families in private practice. I’ve learned that in order to be effective therapy has to be a deeply collaborative process. As such, I strive to be proficient in a number of different modalities of therapy such as CBT, EMDR, and existential therapy, so that my approach can be appropriately tailored to each family, or individual. During my free time, I appreciate spending time outdoors, on one of the Bay Area’s many trails, parks, or beaches.
