Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #115742

408.502.5041

Genevieve an Integrative Therapist, matching therapeutic modalities to the specific needs of individual clients- whether they are children, adolescents, adults, couples or families. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach; treatment is as unique and individualized as the client. She is not the captain of this ship, you are, but you can discover the way together.

She has worked with children for more than 20 years across the world and in multiple capacities; as a nanny, an In Home Social Service support person, a behaviorist and now as a therapist. She specializes in working with children with developmental, behavioral and emotional differences.

She has a great deal of experience working with adults, individuals, couples and parents. Genevieve takes pride in calling herself an integrative therapist, matching therapeutic modalities to the specific needs of individual clients- whether they are children, adolescents, adults, couples or families.

She has experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), child and family centered therapy modalities, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Therapy, Family Therapy, and Positive Psychology; to name a few.

While working at Hope Services, a non-profit in San Jose,  Genevieve gained experience working specifically with individual adults, children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and severe mental illness. She also worked tirelessly to support the families who are impacted by family members with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

On a Personal Note

In her spare time, Genevieve recharges by running or biking in nature and spending quality time with her beautiful daughter and husband.
