Julie Crist

I seek to provide a place where clients feel safe to explore areas in their life where they desire healing and change. In a world of demands, we all need to take the time to care for ourselves. This includes being equipped with the tools and support needed to achieve goals and a fuller life. My role is to partner with you in this process.  In supporting you, I draw from my own life experiences and career paths that apply to my work as a therapist.

Due to my journey and rich exposure to multicultural, diversity experiences I effectively serve culturally diverse and at risk populations.  I am here to help you heal, explore, and discover a healthier you.

I believe in an integrated approach to therapy that is tailored to help meet the needs of clients based on their individual experiences. I am also  passionate about teaching individuals how to connect, communicate, utilize resources, and build and restore relationships. With that said, I have been trained in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Person Centered, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and many others.
